DEPOSITS
Aesthetics by Sally takes a small deposit to secure your appointment, this payment is redeemable from your total treatment cost. Should you fail to turn up or cancel your appointment within 72 hours (3 days), the deposit will unfortunately be forfeited.
REVIEW APPOINTMENTS
Review appointments are free of charge and will be booked by Sally during your ‘treatment’ appointment. If you are unable to attend your appointment, it may not be possible to reschedule your appointment within the required time frame from the initial treatment and therefore it may not be possible for you to have any tweaking of your treatment. This will not be held as Sally’s responsibility and you may not receive the full benefits of your treatment.
COURSES
If you have paid for a course of treatments, it is imperative that you attend each appointment. 72 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment, if less than 72 hours notice is given then that treatment is unfortunately forfeited. Delaying treatments within a course may reduce treatment effectiveness. All courses must be completed within 4 months from the first treatment. If you do not wish to complete the course of treatments, you will not be able to substitute the remaining treatments for another treatment or be entitled to a refund.
RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS/ CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel within 72 hours of appointment, your deposit will NOT be refunded. Please also note that you will not be able to reschedule your appointment within 72 hours of appointment.
